Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford. Following an NHSI initiative to establish 29 Pathology networks across England the University Hospital of North Midlands is currently working closely with Mid and East Cheshire NHS Trusts to establish a Pathology network across Staffordshire and Cheshire.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioner to join our established nursing and medical team within the Emergency Department. The service provides care 7 days a week including Twilight shift working both at Leighton Hospital and Victoria Infirmary.

You will be expected to work to a high level of autonomous practice within agreed guidelines, as defined by local protocols. You will demonstrate a calm and confident approach to your work demonstrating excellent nursing and communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize workloads effectively.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced nurse from an Emergency background with at least 5 years’ experience within Emergency Care and a consolidated proven track record of ENP skills to join our high performing dynamic emergency department team.
