Healthier Together is the Sustainability and Transformation Partnership (STP) for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG). We are a partnership committed to work together on improving health and care in BNSSG. The Healthier Together Office is the central function coordinating our system’s evolution towards becoming an Integrated Care System.

This is an important time in our health and care system and we are looking for two programme administrators to join our busy team as we work to deliver our Healthier Together vision for improved health and care services.

You will have experience of efficient diary management across senior staff working in different organisations. You will have good organisational skills, ability to accurately minute sensitive and complex meetings and work closely with other executive PA staff across the area. The role includes organising conference calls, workshops and events, maintaining and managing distribution lists and ensuring effective filing and version control are applied across the team and dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

You will need to be comfortable with managing competing priorities, ensuring both urgent and important tasks are progressed.

Experience of using a range of IT software including, Visio, PowerPoint, Microsoft project, WordPress or the demonstration of the ability to learn these would be advantageous. You will be based in Bristol but maybe required on occasions to travel across the STP footprint.
