We are looking for Band 5 registered nurses to be part of a small and friendly team in our Inpatient Unit based in Hemel Hempstead Hospital. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, motivated, dedicated individual with excellent clinical skills.

Simpson Ward is a 21-bedded unit based in Hemel Hempstead Hospital, which provides assessment and care for patients with a wide variety of long and short term needs. We deliver an effective and efficient service for the local population in an appropriate environment, which is responsive to the changing health/social needs of the local community.

The Unit is open all year and is covered by shift work and internal rotation onto nights.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable).
