An opportunity has arisen to join the IT Infrastructure Development Team at Peterborough City Hospital.

This is a key position within the Desktop Development sub-team with engagement in a variety of new and existing systems & technologies. The successful applicant will assist with the development, administration and support of the systems used within the Trust to ensure a productive and secure desktop experience.

You will provide technical assistance for IT projects and perform research and development functions. You should have demonstrable experience of configuring, supporting and maintaining a modern corporate desktop environment. Good knowledge of centralised desktop administration tools, client software configuration, and Anti-Virus product management would be highly advantageous.

You must possess the commitment and determination to follow solutions through to successful conclusion. A positive and pro-active attitude towards delivering results on schedule and to high standards is crucial. A friendly and customer focused manner is essential together with a strong appreciation for your contribution to the overall delivery of IT services to clinical colleagues and the general public.
