Are you an excellent communications all-rounder with a particular interest in staff engagement?

Can you write crisp copy, develop and edit impactive video, create engaging content for social media and help communicate and organise staff events?

If so, we have the perfect job for you.

As a member of a small communications team, you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved in a whole range of communications tasks.

But your prime focus will be our exciting programme of staff engagement, which is just about to start.

You will have the opportunity to help us develop and implement this programme, which aims to help us improve from being a ‘good’ hospital to a great organisation where our staff feel supported, empowered and ‘Proud of the Paget’ - and encourage more people to join our fantastic team.

Enthusiasm and a commitment to putting our staff at the heart of communications are essential for this role, which requires creativity, versatility and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced communications professional looking for a challenge but is also open to graduates who can demonstrate that they have the necessary skills and aptitude to work in a busy communications environment
