We are therefore looking to recruit motivated, hardworking nurses who have excellent communication skills & a passion for their role and improving patient care When working clinically we expect you to perform with passion and drive, provide clinically excellent care, and be supportive to patients, relatives, and other MDT members. As a registered nurse you will be expected to promote and lead the delivery of an excellent standard of patient centred care in a supported environment.

All our newly qualified nurses complete the Preceptorship Programme and are supported by the senior team and the practice educators.

The Family Division aims to deliver the highest standards of care for maternity, sexual health, gynaecology and a range of acute and community children’s services. We deliver over 6,000 babies and carry around 1500 gynaecological procedures each year, making us a specialist provider of health services for women, babies and their families in the North West Sector of Manchester and beyond.

We are seeking to recruit a Staff Nurse RN(Child)/RSCN to work on our Paediatric Ward which is a combined medical and surgical ward with a dedicated HDU and Assessment Unit.

You must be motivated and committed to providing a quality service for children, young people and their families. We are seeking nurses that can demonstrate the values of the Trust.

You must be prepared to work well within a team and have good interpersonal skills. Successful candidates must possess good IT skills.

Enhanced CRB essential.

This post will involve working unsocial hours.

There will be an open day on Wednesday 4th September starting from 09:00 where you can have a tour of the ward, meet the ward manager and other staff and have an interview on the day. All candidates welcome from pre-registration students that are due to qualify and experienced nurses that want to join our great team.
