Band 2 (£17,652 to £19,020 Per Annum)

Based at Middlebrook

Working Patterns on a 24/7 basis with various shift patterns. 15 and 20 hours. 6 months fixed term contract.

The post holder will be responsible for inbound calls as directed via the IVR (Intelligent Voice Routing) system. These will be non-symptomatic using a software tool in order to signpost and transfer patients to appropriate providers/services.
