The Role

Public Health Business Partner

We are seeking a self motivated individual to join the growing Public Health team at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

As one of the first Trusts in the country to appoint a Consultant in Public Health we are now an accredited training centre and through grant application, service improvement programmes, Integrated Care Partnerships and CQUIN delivery have begun to establish a reputation for supporting and improving health & wellbeing.

The successful applicant will support and contribute to the strategic development and implementation of specialist population health programmes of work that will contribute to improvements in health outcomes and reductions in health inequalities in the population that the trust serves, including its own workforce. As the Trust continues to develop its Public Health portfolio the postholder will also support a growing team and a growing series of programmes in line with local Commissioning Intentions and national policy development

The team at Chelsea are able to offer a wide variety of training and development opportunities and are seeking an individual committed and able to demonstrate continuous professional development as well as interest and experience in Public Health or Population Health.
