The School Nursing Service works within a Multi-Agency Support Team and responds to the health needs of school-aged children. We are seeking a motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic nurse to join the 0-19 Team (School Nursing/Health Visiting Service). The post holder will work within a corporate caseload team to assess the health needs of individual children, young people and the wider community. The main responsibilities of the 0 – 19 Service are to deliver identified programmes of health intervention, provide support and advice to promote the health of children and young people, and be actively involved in the delivery of the school aged immunisation programme.

This is customarily payable over 4 months as a salary deduction once employed by the Trust. If you receive a conditional offer letter, complete your DBS application and later withdraw from the recruitment process, an invoice will be raised via the Trust's finance department to recoup the outlay.
