The Surgical Division at Arrowe Park Hospital has an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join the Team as a Medical Typist.

The position is offered is 37.5 hours per week on a permanent basis. This role is Band 2.

This interesting role is within our busy Urology department and other specialties within the surgical division when required. Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills are required to support the department.

You will expected to provide administrative, clerical and typing support to the department. You will have the ability to work under pressure, prioritise your workload and to deal with confidential and sensitive issues in a professional manner.

The minimum requirements for this post are:-

  • RSA 11 Typewriting
  • Audio typing
  • Good IT and word processing skills
