An exciting new opportunity within Capital, Estates & Facilities at Cambridge University Hospitals has arisen – we are looking to recruit a Support Services Trainer to join our team with a focus on Security Contract Management who will have a deep understanding of the interrelationships and dependences within an acute NHS environment.

As our Support Services Trainer for Security, you will be the lead for the Security Contract, in overseeing the delivery of security for our patients, staff and visitors. To succeed in this role you must have a specialist knowledge and understanding of security considerations within the NHS, and recognise the importance of integrating security in a hospital operational environment.

You will work with a wide range of stakeholders and engage at every level within the Trust. Working with the Trust Security & Operational Manager, you will build good relationships with our external provider’s by demonstrating experience and knowledge of contractual management building a pro-active and credible embedded service.
