Community Team Leader

The position of Team Leader within the Red Community Midwife Team at Queen Elizabeth will allow you to provide leadership of community staff, ensuring high quality, safe care is delivered to the women we care for.

Your remit will include operational management of the clinical service delivery, as well as the day to day management of your team of midwives and support workers.

You will be required to assist in the development of services to achieve the proposed programme from ‘Better Births’.

This position is predominantly Monday to Friday, with some clinical obligations and is a full time position. The post will give you many opportunities to learn and develop your skills as a team leader and manage your team effectively.
