Project Support Officer - Transformation/Finance Programme Management Officer


Are you looking for a challenge and want to make a difference?

Then the Project Support Officer position in the Transformation Team at the James Paget University Hospital may be the role for you.

You will work as part of the Transformation and Finance Programme Management Team and assist the Director of Workforce and Transforms, the Transformation Programme Manager and project managers with project delivery and programme monitoring, through involvement with data collection and analysis, production of statistical reports and helping to maintain accurate and up to-date project documentation and information.

You will provide administrative support including, but not limited to, organising and maintaining diaries, preparing and circulating agendas and papers, taking minutes and arranging meetings/events.

You will have excellent literacy, numeracy and computer skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office suite. You are able to work independently as well as part of a team and will possess advanced organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads within timescales and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are essential to this role.
