Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust manages Leighton Hospital in Crewe, Victoria Infirmary in Northwich and Elmhurst Intermediate Care Centre in Winsford. We are the Lead Employer for Central Cheshire Integrated Care Partnership (CCICP) which aims to transform, develop and deliver health care services in the community.

Following an NHSI initiative to establish 29 Pathology networks across England the University Hospital of North Midlands is currently working closely with Mid and East Cheshire NHS Trusts to establish a Pathology network across Staffordshire and Cheshire.


A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Children and Young Peoples Home Care Team for a Band 5 to work alongside the established team of Childrens Community Nurses. The team are currently managed by a Community Paediatric Matron and we are looking for someone to assist in the management of a caseload of Children and Young People with specific medical needs within a defined geographical area across South Cheshire and Vale Royal. Are you innovative? Do you have enthusiasm and a passion for Childrens Community Nursing? Do have recent relevant experience in caring for Children and Young People in an acute or community setting? Do you have excellent communication skills? Can you work proactively as a member of team and offer support to Children and Young People with complex medical needs at home? There will be an opportunity for the post to be a permanent contract at the end of December 2019 as some of the hours are currently to cover maternity leave
