The Referral to Treatment Improvement Coordinator will be working within the Outpatients Admin team based at Melton Mowbray Hospital. This is a vital role for the service, providing analysis and administration of patient IT pathways. Main duties will include; detailed analysis of RTT (referral to Treatment) reports, investigation of pathways, inputting data and correcting pathways within the PAS system, liaising with wider teams both on site and across site to solve pathway errors/issues.

You will become part of a talented, passionate group of people, committed to providing the best care and treatment to patients. You will receive at least 27 days' holiday each year, plus a range of other benefits including occupational health and counselling services.

This role will suit someone who has excellent IT and organisational skills with an eye for detail. In addition to effective interpersonal skills, the post holder will need to be flexible as they may be required to occasionally undertake cross site working to meet the needs of the service. Part-time options will be considered.
