Fenland Adult Locality Team are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and hard working occupational therapist to join the team to deliver occupational therapy interventions to promote recovery, alongside care coordination for service users experiencing moderate to severe mental health illnesses. The role will include delivering OT led reablement within the team. The team work in a dynamic way utilising an MDT formulation and treatment planning process ensuring collaborative decision making.

We cover the historic Georgian market town of Wisbech, alongside March and the beautiful surrounding Fenland areas. We are within commuting distance of Kings Lynn, Ely and Peterborough.

Visits to the team are welcome. And you will receive professional development through supervision and training, we offer preceptorship for newly qualified OTs, as well as Trust wide OT support and development groups.

Lived experience helpful although not essential.
