The Senior Management Team at Whittington Health NHS Trust are looking for a highly professional, motivated and experienced individual to undertake an assistant role to support the Clinical Director, Director of Operations and Head of Nursing for Surgery & Cancer.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective management of the Senior Management Team’s diary and schedules.

The post holder will deal with colleagues at all levels and disciplines across the Trust and outside of the organisation and will be expected to maintain diplomacy, tact and confidentiality whilst handling sensitive or highly contentious information.

Applicants must have previous PA/administrator experience. In particular, experience in co-ordinating meetings, drafting agendas, taking detailed minutes and dealing with diverse and complex issues.
