Are you looking for some extra work or join a theatre team on an adhoc basis through the bank? The bank is an ideal way of earning extra money or starting a career in the Trust. It offers work on an ad hoc, flexible basis as you will cover shortages in staffing levels of our permanent staff.

This is an opportunity to assist with the delivery of patient care in a theatre environment at Barnet hospital, Royal Free hospital or Chase Farm Hospital.

We will offer you a full induction as we have a well-developed structure with excellent Band 6 and experienced Band 7 Senior Staff who have overall responsibility for the day to day management of the theatres. We can offer you flexible hours to suit you.

There are Theatre coordinators on all sites and matron presence also.

All three departments specialise in different specialities with major surgery in the Royal Free site, Emergency and Trauma at the Barnet site and elective surgery at the chase Farm site.

We offer regular days and night shifts.

There are excellent opportunities for development with in house training and theatre courses, teaching and mentoring courses available.
