We have an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join our team in the Respiratory service. The post holder will provide and manage the administration and booking processes around the Respiratory Centre services.

This will involve arranging clinics, booking appointments, recording some diagnostic tests, and providing reception cover for the centre. The post holder will work closely with the specialist nursing team, ensuing activity is correctly recorded so that income is not at risk.

This is a very busy role, with a large and varied workload so we are looking for someone enthusiastic and excited to take on a new challenge. With excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, enjoy working in a team and have a desire to provide a first class service for patients and clinical teams.

You will work within dedicated specialty clinical area to facilitate the smooth running of the patient journey by ensuring that co-ordinated and streamlined administrative processes revolve around the patient and their individual needs. .

**Training on NHS systems and processes will be provided**

The post holders will be required to work Monday – Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm (usual hours between 8am and 5pm but you may be required to work an evening or weekend with prior notice)
