EXCITING OPPORTUNITY Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) is advertising for a Band 5 Admin Team Lead position to provide operational day to day management for a team of 9 administrators and to provide professional admin support to members of the senior leadership team.

We’re looking for an Admin Team Lead based in Cambridge to join our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service Admin Hub who will help us continue to change things for the better with the children, young people and families we work with.

You will possess leadership and supervision experience with a desire to support and develop staff, with strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable prioritising and managing a varied workload. You will need to be confident in managing change and must be proficient working with Microsoft Excel/ Word and PowerPoint and be confident to provide first line support for basic I.T. issues.

We will provide the necessary support to ensure development within the role. We are keen to support and develop our staff through a clear career pathway and encourage promotional opportunities within the Trust.

As part of this role and if you meet the eligibility criteria there will be the opportunity to complete a Level 2, 3 or 4 Apprenticeship qualification in Business and Administration. As part of the apprenticeship you will achieve a national recognised qualification and gain experience in administration in a health care setting. An apprenticeship is a framework of qualifications made up of an NVQ, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills in Maths and English. Undertaking an apprenticeship qualification is a great way to progress onto the next step on your career pathway.
