As the Physiotherapist you will be HCPC registered and have the relevant degree in Physiotherapy. You will communicate with patients, relatives, staff, and multi-disciplinary team. Develop rapport with patients, carers and families to encourage and motivate them towards independence. You will attend and contribute to relevant meetings and case conferences representing the therapy service to discuss patients’ conditions and progress

Working within the Therapy team, you will make appropriate referrals to other members of the multidisciplinary team, professional and voluntary organisations and carry out assessment/treatment in appropriate patient environment
