Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust was formed on Tuesday 1st October 2019, following the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services NHS Trust. The two Trusts joined together to provide integrated mental health, physical health and learning disability services to communities.


MIiU Emergency Practitioner

Band: 6

Salary: £30,401 - £37,267 pro rata per annum

Hours: Full and part-time hours avaialable (flexiable working patterns will also be considered)

Situated within Gloucestershire, Lydney and Dilke Hospital aims to deliver high quality care in a warm and friendly environment. We are a forward thinking and dynamic Emergency Practitioner led unit, with a variety of interesting minor illnesses and injury presentations.

We are looking for applicants who are enthusiastic, pro-active, flexible and dedicated to providing the highest level of patient care.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered. Any request will be set against genuine operational requirements and limitations and it is not obligatory for a manager to accede to the request.

For positions Band 8a and above there is a requirement to participate in an on-call rota to ensure a high quality of care for patients at all times and continued support to all staff with access to the right knowledge and expertise.
