Oakwood Ward is an adult acute inpatient ward in Bristol.

There are up to 23 service users from the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and North Somerset area.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with in an experienced and supportive team.

You will work alongside colleagues from Medics, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Art psycho-therapist, dance and movement psycho therapist, physiotherapist and active life staff.

As well as collaboratively working with community staff to support service users transitioning through their care pathway.

There will be a thorough induction for new starters.
