Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust has an opportunity for a Band 6 physiotherapist to work in the Midway rehabilitation unit based at Langley House, Watford. We are inviting applications from HCPC Registered Physiotherapists who have completed a period of consolidation in clinical practice since qualification, preferably with experience in a range of NHS settings.

The caseload is exciting and varied, consisting of patients with many different conditions including orthopaedics, falls, neurological conditions and amputees.

You will be working in a well organised team of therapists and rehab assistants as well as a friendly and welcoming multi-disciplinary team.

You will carry a caseload of patients, working autonomously but with good support from the management team and will also have the opportunity to take on champion roles and lead service development projects as a member of the senior team.

There are ample opportunities for development and training within the role with regular in-service training as well as access to both internal and external courses regularly available.

In addition to the basic salary, this post attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable). A full valid driving license and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
