We are seeking a GP Education Unit Co-ordinator to work 20 hours per week as part of a team, responsible for the assisting in the day to day running of the GP Education Unit office within the Training & Development & Workforce team.

The main duties include:

  • All aspects of the finance function including raising invoicing, reconciliation of accounts, sponsorship process
  • Administration of the ST1/2/3 training programme
  • Support the GPEU Admin Manager/Programme Directors

You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to complete multiple tasks within specified timescales and that you have:

  • Excellent organisational skills, be able to prioritise own workload and work with the minimum of supervision.
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills with a customer focussed approach that enable you to work comfortably with colleagues at all levels within the Trust and our partner organisations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced keyboard skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • The ability to work accurately and with attention to detail at all times.
