Endoscopy Booking Office Co-ordinator

Hours: 37.5 week

 

We are seeking a full time Team Leader for the Endoscopy Booking Office at St Peters Hospital.

The duties consist of managing the booking process for the endoscopy unit as well as booking patients for their procedures in line with local and national performance targets. The role also involves managing and leading a high performing team of endoscopy booking administrators and reception staff and supporting the Endoscopy Service Manager where appropriate.

You are required to have excellent communication skills, written and verbal and also be customer focused.

We are a fully JAG accredited unit and pride ourselves on being a friendly and enthusiastic team. If you are customer care focused and have previous administrative and clerical experience in a booking team and are able to work under pressure we would love to hear from you.
