Living Well Partnership is seeking to appoint two efficient, enthusiastic and experienced bank receptionists to join our busy and friendly, multi-site team. Previous experience of working as a receptionist or in an administrative role is essential, with experience of working in General Practice an advantage.

The successful candidate should be adaptable, with the ability to prioritise and complete a range of reception tasks efficiently in line with agreed policies and processes. The role requires significant interaction with patients by phone as well as face to face so a friendly, helpful and professional approach is essential, coupled with a commitment to providing a high standard of service to our patients. Candidates must be confident in IT and able to work calmly under pressure. All Living Well sites use Emis web and Docman.

This role is for two bank workers to cover periods of sickness and absence across our seven sites in Southampton (all within a 5 mile radius). Flexibility and the willingness to work in various locations is essential and candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence with use of their own car.
