An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, experienced physiotherapist in our community team for adults with learning disabilities.

We are looking for a professional with leadership skills and a passion to head up the physiotherapy service. The successful candidate will have oversight of the planning and delivery of a highly specialist physiotherapy service (in leadership or advanced therapy role) and to oversee its clinical governance, demonstrating highly specialist expertise and specialist physiotherapy skills in areas such as mobility (land and water based therapy) and postural management to maintain skills needed for living an ordinary life.

As lead, there will be a requirement to ensure the regular supervision and Individual Performance Review/Appraisal of all physiotherapy staff.

You will be part of a dynamic multidisciplinary leadership team, working closely with not only physiotherapists but a range of clinicians delivering high quality specialist health care to our population.

The team covers the East of Surrey, based at both Redhill and Epsom. There will be an expectation to travel to both bases with one being your identified base for the purpose of travel claims only. The successful applicant will have a clean driving licence and a vehicle that can be used for work purposes.

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
