We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive person who will have a wide range of skills including:

  • Strong leadership, empathy and ability to problem solve are essential, together with a high level of IT competency and finance experience.
  • The ability to prioritise, organise and carry out own work effectively and within agreed timescales and deadlines.
  • The inter-personal skills to bring the Practice members together and promote team working.
  • The ability to work closely with the Practice team to embrace and manage the changes, opportunities and challenges currently facing primary care.
  • Delivery of safe, standardised services with an excellent knowledge of CQC Regulations.
  • Managerial experience in health care and the use of TPP SystmOne is desirable but not essential.

The successful candidate will work as part of the practice leadership team and be responsible for supporting the Practice Manager in ensuring the efficient, effective, safe and profitable management of the practice. They will also provide daily operational support and leadership to enable the practice to meet agreed aims and objectives.
