Enthusiastic, experienced and efficient personal assistant looking for your next challenge? We’re recruiting a Personal Assistant to provide high quality secretarial and administrative support to our Medical Director.

ABOUT THE TEAM

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (UHS) is a leading healthcare organisation and teaching Trust on the south coast of England. Essential to the constant development the Trust undertakes - in accordance with our values of always improving, putting patients first and working together – is a strong network of professional administrative support. This is where your skills as an experienced personal assistant will come in.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be performing a full range of administrative and secretarial duties, which include:

- organising and prioritising diary appointments and departmental events

- arranging meetings and away days on behalf of members of the executive team

- minute-taking and drafting paperwork, such as agendas for meetings

- managing responses to queries from inside and outside of the organisation

- providing day to day support for a member of our executive team

GETTING TO WORK

We offer parking on site at UHS or through one of our park-and-ride schemes on a limited basis, based on specific eligibility criteria.
