LANGLEY HOUSE - COMMUNITY HOSPITAL

MIDWAY WARD

This post attracts a 'Golden Hello' one off payment of £2500 (taxable), payable after 12 months post in accordance with 'Golden Hello' scheme guidance. Please note that the Golden Hello is not available to internal applicants.

An opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Team on the above ward.

These are challenging but rewarding posts which would appeal to the newly qualified and/or more experienced staff nurses, as there are opportunities to develop your clinical and managerial skills whilst under the guidance of a well established Team and with the support of the Training and Development Department.

Langley House Community Hospital comprises of a 32 inpatient bedded unit.

Staff work long days, to cover 24 hours 7 days per week. You will be expected to work rotational day and night shifts.

Post holders will, at times, be expected to alter their duties to cover sickness and absence. The ability to work within a multidisciplinary team is essential as is the desire to deliver high quality care through evidence based practice

We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified nurses. We operate a rotational 11.5 hour shift working pattern and we are able to offer a flexible working contract to accommodate your work/life balance.

  • 5% on top of basic salary high cost allowance supplement (subject to a minimum payment of £1000 and a maximum payment of £1,733 per annum pro rata)
    One off payment of £2500 (pro rata), payable after 12 months in post
