The exciting opportunity is now available for a dynamic and innovative team manager to lead and develop the ICMP community mental health service and multi disciplinary team in Greenwich. Our Intensive Case Management for Psychosis (ICMP) team work across the borough of Greenwich delivering a service for clients living with SMI conditions and complex mental health issues.

 

This is an opportunity for an experienced, committed and enthusiastic Manager to operationally lead and embed quality improvements at all stages of care delivered for the ICMP service users within Greenwich. The successful applicant will need to possess project management experience within mental health and adaptive leadership skills and optimism in order to manage this challenging role. Ideally they would also have clinical experience of working within ICMP services. This is an exciting time to join Oxleas and the Greenwich Directorate as we continue to embed Qi (Quality Improvement) through a range of projects across the borough. Greenwich is about to also embark on a major transformational systems change programme to create primary care Networks. This is an exciting opportunity for the post – holder to influence the way that mental health services will be delivered locally in the borough.

 

This is a permanent full time role, and will be based in health centres at Ferryview and The Heights.
