We are recruiting for the permanent role of Deputy Locality Manager for St Albans & Harpenden CAHS team.

The post holder will be expected to use a range of reports and approaches to identify key areas for improvement, and to work closely with community matrons, the locality clinical lead, and the locality manager to implement change successfully.

The role of the Deputy Locality Manager is a pivotal one in the locality team, to be able to deliver the Community Adults Health Service in line with the service specification to deliver the key performance and quality indicators.

We are inviting applications from clinicians currently working in at Band 6 or Band 7 level who would like the opportunity to work in an operational management role, and who are passionate about contributing to the success of the service.

This post also attracts a High Cost Area Supplement of 5% of basic salary subject to a minimum payment of £1,017 and a maximum payment of £1,762 per annum (pro rata where applicable)

A full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
