As the Bank Administrator you will provide comprehensive administrative support, assisting staff members with all aspects of referral management. You will act as the first and central point of contact into the service and maintain data and present statistical information when required.

Working within the Health Access Team, you will work closely with colleagues and outside agencies; to secure domiciliary care provision from contracted providers; using intuition, and problem solving where needed to achieve successful outcomes.

This benefits the health and care system in BaNES, as the Active Ageing team can now prescribe a wide range of identified equipment, which frees up health and social care Occupational Therapist's to do more complex client care.
