An amazing opportunity has arisen within Children’s Services at Arrowe Park Hospital. We are looking for individuals who possess the skills, passion, enthusiasm and vision to help develop the paediatric services in both departments.

The successful applicant will be able to communicate well across both teams, acting as a role model in both areas, ensuring that patient experience within and between the two areas is a seamless journey.

A qualitative and safe experience is at the heart of all our patient experiences. If you have the experience and desire to improve services for our children and young people then this will be the challenge for you.

An opportunity to develop and deliver an educational pathway is sought from within these posts. The Trust offers an array of medical, surgical and specialist conditions that are managed, for our patients. The development of further skills and knowledge is paramount to the fulfilment of our vision for our paediatric service provision. The successful candidate will be expected to complete the APLS training.

These positions will offer the successful candidates an insight into their leadership qualities, their ability to successfully implement change within a team and act as a role model within a management position.
