Junior Sister/Charge Nurse

An opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 6 Junior Sister to join the dedicated team of Nurses on Stanhoe Ward.

We are a busy 28 bedded Gastroenterology and Endocrinology Ward - offering specialised and excellent care for our patients with complex needs. The Ward also boasts the Trust's isolation unit containing 5 specialised beds which can when needed be flexed up to 12 beds. This is a very exciting opportunity for a Nurse who is looking to work in a forward thinking and ever changing department. We are looking for an innovative, dynamic and professional nurse who is committed to providing high quality nursing care with a very demanding patient group and influencing change within an ever changing NHS. If you can work well under pressure, then this is the post for you.

We provide support with CPD and revalidation as well as in house training specific to the speciality. Our Matron, Senior Sister and the rest of the multidisciplinary team will support your development and will invest our expertise and time with you to ensure your career and the service continues to develop.
