An exciting new opportunity for a registered Speech and Language Therapist to join our newly restructured Harrow Integrated Care – Community Rehabilitation Service (Short Term Rehabilitation / In-Reach Beds/Rapid Response/Falls Services).

Harrow Integrated Care service provides community rehabilitation service to Harrow CCG and is split into three locality teams & in reach beds. This post will be located in one of the Harrow localities / In Reach beds. The post holder will work closely with the team leads, clinicians to develop the service and maintain close working relationships with both acute and community services.

We require an organised registered Speech and Language Therapist who can demonstrate clinical / management skills to work at band 7 level.

The ability to work alone in a community multidisciplinary team and manage junior staff is essential to this role.
