This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and motivated Project Manager to join the Digital Transformation team, based in Fareham. Ideal candidates should have previous significant experience of managing successful, large scale projects within an NHS IT setting and possess an organised, positive and can-do approach to tackling the coordination and management of projects and programmes. Knowledge of transformation, benefits and change management would also be useful.

The role will provide you with a challenging and exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team striving to improve patient outcomes and patient care through the delivery of high quality Information Technology.

Critical to this role will be fostering strong and supportive relationships between a wide range of staff, both within the Digital Transformation team and also across the organisation.

There is an expectation that role holders will be able to travel throughout the SCW footprint as required.

However, the role is not all about business analysis; we need people who demonstrate the SCW values and put these in practice. This means being aspirational and insightful with the ability to translate the technical into plain explanations to lead change successfully and deliver tangible outcomes and benefits. You will need to be comfortable working collaboratively in a matrix environment and have great communication skills and work with others to deliver change support to people who use and interact with systems and processes to empower the use of digital technologies to improve patient experience.

This is an exciting time to join NHS South, Central and West.
