Office Admin Support

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (although would consider less for the right candidate)

Hourly Rate: £8.37

Site: 32 Clifton, York


We have an opening for an Admin Support to work closely with our Senior Management Team.  The ideal candidate should be friendly, flexible, have a good sense of humour with a positive outlook, be approachable, have excellent IT and admin skills, be organised and an excellent communicator, have an eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workload.


Main duties include; Supporting the work of the Senior Management Team, often taking on small projects and co-ordinating from start to finish. Preparing letters, reports and spreadsheets.  Prepare for meetings, attend and take minutes.


The successful candidate will become fully competent with the practice clinical system and be able to input and extra data – training will be provided although a working knowledge of S1 would be advantageous. 


The right candidate can develop this role further, taking on more responsibility and projects whilst working closely with the Senior Management Team.
