Clinical Nurse Specialist - Band 6

Are you a current Band 6 Nurse with experience of managing a team? Have you got the Non-Medical Prescribing Qualification or be prepared to undertake the course? Have you a passion for bladder & bowel care and looking to specialise in an area where you can really help to make a difference to patients' lives? Then we may have the position for you!

An opportunity has arisen within the nurse-led Adult Bladder & Bowel Care Service which provides assessment, treatment and management for adults with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction across East and North Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust. This band 6 post will enable you to develop specialist skills in the care of complex patients with bladder and/or bowel issues whilst using your team management skills to carry out the day to day management of a group of staff. You will be supporting the Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Deputy Service Lead and the Service Lead in taking the service forward and making it sustainable in todays healthcare environment.

This is a full time position however flexible working may be considered.

Interview date will be: 11th September 2019 , to be held at Park Drive Health Centre, Baldock

You must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes is essential (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
