PRACTICE MANAGER VACANCY

Hours: up to 37.5 Monday to Friday / job shares considered

Cubbington Road Surgery is a friendly GMS practice in South Warwickshire with a list size of approximately 7,200 patients. We are high achievers in QOF and CQC rated Good. We have an experienced, dedicated team led by three GP partners. The team includes a Salaried GP, a cohesive nursing team, reception and administrative staff, and we are looking to recruit a confident, preferably experienced practice manager to replace our Practice Manager who retires in December.

We are looking for an accomplished manager to maintain and help develop the practice further. We are a training practice to GP Registrars FY2/3, medical students and we are actively involved in research.

The successful candidate will be experienced, versatile, highly motivated, well organised and provide stability and leadership in a constantly changing NHS.

Essential to the position are excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with patients, staff and external organisations. HR and IT experience, management experience, excellent finance skills, and ability to motivate staff and lead a team are essential to the post.
