Adams ward is discharge to assess inpatient ward in Finchley Memorial Hospital, North Finchley. The Hospital is a beautiful new build surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens and open spaces.

The site has good access to local transport and easy parking facilities.

We have dedicated discharge to assess Multi-Disciplinary Teams consisting of Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Dietician, Speech therapist, Pharmacist, Activities Coordinators, Senior Care Assistants, Rehab Support Workers and Care assistants. As a team, the aim is to support patients to regain function, confidence, self-respect and much more.

You will need to display excellent communication skills, and offer care in a kind and compassionate manner. This is a full time position of 37.5 hours a week.
