Currently The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (RBCH) includes Royal Bournemouth Hospital, Christchurch Hospital and a Sterile Services Department at Alderney Hospital.

Among which is the proposed merge with fellow acute hospital Poole Hospital. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent full-time position of Personal Assistant to provide an efficient and confidential administrative service to the interim joint Chief Executive and Chair of The Royal Bournemouth and Christchurch Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Poole Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent IT and administration skills. You will need to be able to balance competing priorities, be flexible, focused and resilient, building relationships and confidence quickly.

You will need to demonstrate extensive experience supporting Executive level leaders and be able to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of people both within the organisations and externally.

The PA will work alongside and report to the Business Manager to the joint interim Chief Executive.
