The Integrated Children's Additional Needs (ICAN) Service consists of Central Services - Stockdale House, West Hub - Wortley Beck Health Centre, East Hub - Reginald Centre and South Hub - St. George's Centre. This post will be based in Stockdale House.

The main duties of the post include receiving and managing referrals into ICAN, booking appointments for medical and therapy clinics citywide, scanning into an electronic patient record, receiving and dealing with telephone enquiries from service users or professional staff involved with a child and family, photocopying etc.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to support and be part of a Single Point Access (SPA team) for the Integrated Children's Additional Needs Service (ICAN) team based at Stockdale House in Headingley.

You must be able to demonstrate experience of working in a busy office in a customer care environment as working to deadlines and multi-tasking is essential to the role.

Data Protection and Confidentiality are key elements of the role.

Qualifications held will include:-
English & Maths GCSE - Level 9 - 4 or equivalent qualification/experience
Level 2 IT skills or equivalent experience

The successful candidate will be professional, motivated and flexible with a positive attitude to team work, change and service development.
