Band 5 Audio Visual Support Technician

The IT Audio Visual Engineer is focused on providing support for audio visual and video conferencing solutions & handling technical support issues for our customers.

Duties include; primary contact for event coordination. Video/audio conference setup and support. Ensuring all sites are connected on time and receiving/transmitting good audio/video. Assist with support for video/audio conferencing problems. Investigate faults and resolve. Assist where possible with IT related enquiries during support.

An understanding of NHS environments and systems is desirable. Currently based in Guildford, Surrey the successful candidate will have a flexible attitude and be expected to cover the core hours 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, As the Trust operates across multiple geographical sites there may be a requirement for the applicant to travel between these sites on a regular basis so a clean, valid UK driving license is required.
