An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiatic, well-motivated Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic friendly team.

We are arecently merged practice with a list size of approximately 12,500.

We work in a stable, safe environment that is patient centred and allows Doctors and Nurses to flourish with support. We are an established training practice taking ST3s and medical students.

We have a long standing supportive team, many of which have been with the practice for several years and who ensure that clinical staff are able to get on with their role without unnecessary administrative work.

We focus on good work/life balance for the whole team.

We are rated 'GOOD' with CQC and we continue to strive to improve this standard.

There is personal development and training support for all staff.

We are always looking a new ways to work innovatively and efficiently. We work closely with our Primary Care Network.

We offer microsuction of ears service to patients within our CCG.

  • Video consultations

Our team consists of:

  • 4 GP Partners
  • 1 ANP
  • 1 Community Paramedic
  • 5 Practice Nurses (2 of which are prescribers)
  • 2 HCAs
  • Medicines Management Team

We are in the early stages of our practice merger and this is an exciting opportunity to be involved in our journey to help shape and develop services to our practice population.
