An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated, driven and enthusiastic individual to join our SABP Digital Service Desk at Surrey & Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

We are looking for:

An ambitious individual who enjoys working within a customer supporting role and thrives on problem solving IT issues.You will have the ability to:

  • grasp technical understandings of the role you will be providing to our customers.

  • work in a demanding role which requires multitasking and self-time management

  • communicate effectively both verbally and written, over the phone and face to face

  • interact and be a team player

  • confidently bring forward ideas to enhance and improve customer satisfaction

As part of SABP Digital we will provide you:

  • one to one training on our Service Desk System

  • in-house training to fill any knowledge gaps

  • an environment where you can contribute and grow

  • regular supervision and direction in your development

Please note that all salaries shown are based on whole time of 37.5 hours per week for non-medical roles and 40 hours per week for medical roles, part time roles are pro-rated accordingly.
