£18,813 to £20,795 pa pro rata

The Physiotherapy In-Patient Team is looking for an experienced secretary with excellent organisational skills to join our busy in-patient team (who are very hard-working, dynamic and a wonderful group of people, but they often need a bit of organising!) The post-holder will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Physiotherapy In-Patient Teams and Therapy Manager. This will include preparing data for presentation (including spreadsheets), maintenance of accurate electronic and paper staff records, and providing administrative support in meetings (including production of agendas and minute taking). The role is very varied so please see the Job Description for a more detailed breakdown of the roles and responsibilities. The two Physiotherapy Team Managers are based in the Physiotherapy Department and on the Stroke Unit (Ward 6) here at Leighton Hospital. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will spend time during the week at each of these locations as well as providing support to the Therapy Team Manager as required.
