Liverpool Women’s Hospital clinical services are currently being reviewed by NHS Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group, following work done by our clinicians in presenting a powerful case for change in the Future Generations Strategy.

Reporting to: Medical Education & Centre

Manager

 

Hours: 22.5 hours

 

Type of contract: 12 months fixed term or Internal secondment opportunity

The post holder would be required to provide efficient administration and co-ordination service to Medical Education. This would include OLM inputting and reporting, minute taking, e-learning support, supporting the Undergraduate students and developing and maintaining systems to support an effective Learning and Education function

 

Applicants will be required to undertake a full range of duties and responsibilities associated with the post, maintaining confidentiality at all times. A flexible approach to this post is required, as the duties will be varied. Excellent key board skills and computer literacy along with experience of working in an office environment is essential. Candidates must be a methodical worker, be attentive to detail and have good written and verbal communication skills. The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
