We offer you all areas of neuroscience nursing, learning in areas of: neurosurgery, traumatic brain injury, tertiary neurology, hyper acute stoke with our 24 hour thrombectomy service, acute stroke, and neuro-rehabilitation. All these areas of neuroscience nursing are exciting, challenging and most of all rewarding. You will learn skills that will support you in developing and growing within the neuroscience speciality. St Georges Neuroscience directorate provides a regional neuroscience service to population of approximately 3 million people within the Southwest London region. We receive patients from our trauma colleagues and outside tertiary referrals.
